I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the beautiful urn, paw prints, fur clippings, and all the thoughtful keepsakes you provided following the passing of my beloved dog, Noel (pronounced Noelle). Your care and compassion during such a difficult time have meant more to me than words can convey.

Noel was not just a dog but a radiant light in my life. She had a larger-than-life personality, full of love, humor, and resilience. Despite being diagnosed with IVDD this year, she never let her condition dull her spirit. Noel had an incredible ability to make everyone around her smile, whether it was through her playful antics, her insistent cuddles, or the way her soulful eyes seemed to understand everything without words. 

Unfortunately her physical body was not able to keep up with her sharp mind.

The keepsakes you prepared brought me immense comfort and allowed me to celebrate Noel’s life in a tangible and personal way. The paw prints are a cherished reminder of her presence, and the fur clippings are a piece of her that I can hold close to my heart forever. The urn is perfect—a beautiful and dignified resting place for a soul that brought so much joy to my world.

Thank you for treating Noel and her memory with such care, and for offering a service that provides solace to grieving pet owners like me. Your attention to detail have made a lasting impression, and I am deeply grateful for everything you do.
